By representing clients on both sides of a transaction, Leo’s experience gives him the know-how to advise clients on issues as they arise and enables him to understand the business terms and issues facing each party to effectively negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts.
Leo is fluent in Spanish and attended Tulane University where he received his Bachelor’s of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees, and received his Master of Laws degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
