The Firm

After working closely together for almost 20 years, we left partnership at one of the premier real estate and business law firms in 2021. We took the experience and skills developed on the frontlines of multiple real estate cycles and created Aspuru Caraballo Faria P.A., a boutique real estate and business law firm representing developers, buyers, sellers, investors, lenders, and other institutions in all aspects of commercial, residential real estate and business transactions.

We offer big firm experience and know-how, with the personal connection and level of attention only a smaller firm can offer. We believe in fostering relationships and building confidence by combining a high level of expertise with the attentiveness, trust, and one-on-one connection our clients have come to expect.

    We are not a large law firm and we do not measure our success by the size of our firm. We focus on building relationships and measure our success by the results we obtain for our clients and the confidence they place in us. We understand the needs of our clients and treat them with the respect and responsiveness they deserve.

  • Flexible Fee Arrangements

    We believe in offering alternatives to the hourly billing structures that dominate the legal profession, and represent clients on retainer, fixed fee, or other non-traditional fee arrangements. As a smaller firm, we are not burdened by the large overhead carried by larger firms. We work with our clients to determine the optimal fee arrangement for their needs. We provide large firm experience and expertise at small firm rates.

  • Diversity

    While progress has been made in increasing access to the legal profession for women and minorities, the truth is that women and minorities are still significantly underrepresented in our field, particularly when it comes to partnership and ownership of a law firm. At ACF Law, a firm created by three founding partners who are first-generation Americans, we take pride in our roots and diversity, and in adding ourselves to the short list of minority and female owned law firms. We endeavor to continue this commitment to diversity.

    As the children of immigrants, from a working-class background, we know the value of hard-work, tenacity, and integrity. We have lived the American dream and endeavor to give back to the community that has allowed us to learn, grow, and prosper. Whether teaching, speaking at conferences, or providing pro bono services to members of our community most in need, we aim to continue serving as a way to give back to our community.
