Viviana is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, Real Property Development LLM Program, and a frequent speaker at seminars relating to condominiums and planned developments. In addition to being one of only 198 attorneys statewide who is a Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law, she is also a member of the Condominium and Planned Development Law Certification Committee of The Florida Bar.
Viviana is fluent in Spanish and attended Florida International University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree, and the University of Miami School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor degree.

Represented developer in the structuring and implementation of a master planned community in Doral that includes residential, retail and office components, a charter school, and civic areas.
Represented local and national developers in the creation and operation of numerous residential, commercial and mixed-use condominiums, and other large-scale community developments.
Represented lenders and developers in connection with bulk acquisitions of fractured condominium projects and subsequent closings of condominium units.
Represented lenders and developers in connection with issues relating to operation of homeowners’ and condominium associations, and turnover of control of associations to purchasers.
